Toronto Lawyer for setting up an investment partnership?

Does anybody have any good names for a lawyer in Toronto who could help me set up a basic investment partnership (maybe about $1-5m) for family and friends. I don't need to do any marketing and it will need to be an exempt distribution (no prospectus). Their will be fees charged (25% above 6% with a highwater mark). Thanks for any help guys.
