Liberty Posted September 10, 2012 Author Share Posted September 10, 2012 One thing I would recommend to people considering reading this book (or who have already read it) is to keep in mind the halo effect: http://www.cornerofberkshireandfairfax.ca/forum/books/the-halo-effect-phil-rosenzweig/ And make sure that these champions are doing well because of certain characteristics, and not that these positive characteristics are imputed to them because they're doing well.
