For those who think we're just going through a soft patch (which I don't and consequently I don't own the stock), here is a nice little value play.

 

$567 million market cap @ $8.80/share

roughly $450 million (some would argue $550 million+) of unecumbered owned real estate

$345 million of debt/capital leases

$90 million of FCF

 

Surprised this hasn't hit the radar of BH -- right in his wheelhouse.
