Thanks for posting - a highly enjoyable read.  I especially liked the nod to "Canadia" - the neighbor to the North whose banking rules did not allow such folly! 

 

His take on the accounting profession's complicity by thumb-sucking and self interest gives me cause to consider my accountant's advice through a newly modified mental model.
