I agree with some of what he said, but I have to disagree with his take on John Gutfreund. I believe Gutfreund got what he deserved, which was nothing. I also agree that Buffett thoughtlessly gave away his money to one random person. I said so and therefore it is. Hey, it's just my opinion, which is as valid as anyone else's.
