KFRCanuk
I recently went to Toys r Us and was surprised to see the depth of the Mega Brands products. They seem to have a licensing deals with everyone. The shelf space for Mega toys was about equal to the Lego shelf space. I'm not surprised that they signed another licensing deal. Phoenix01
I was lucky enough to catch the bottom and get a 3 bagger out of this recent announcement. Too bad it was on a very small amount.

Net sales of Toys product lines decreased to $23.4 million compared to $47.2 million in the first quarter of 2008. Net sales of Stationery and Activities product lines declined to $20.1 million compared to $32.2 million in the first quarter last year. Net loss was $25.9 million or $0.71 diluted loss per share compared to a net loss of $9.6 million or $0.26 diluted loss per share in the first quarter of 2008. As at March 31, 2009, the Corporation held cash and cash equivalents of $48.1 million, virtually unchanged from the end of 2008. "These results are in line with our 2009 plan," said Marc Bertrand, President and Chief Executive Officer. "For the next two quarters we expect lower shipments than in the comparable 2008 periods, but with the gap narrowing until the fourth quarter when we expect sales to be similar to last year."
