I hope he's feeling well. He seems very vibrant in interview. But with the WSC takeover, all this successor talk, etc, I'm getting a bit worried.

Here is a Washington Post article on the news of his departure from the board.  He says he is quiting the board "because of other travel commitments linked to Berkshire Hathaway acquisitions abroad."  He also says he isn't planning to sell a share of their stock...
