Best margin rate

I'm curious what's the best margin rate out there from brokerage firms? 

IBKR has 5.3%, is that the best?

Schwab just offered me today to match IB’s margin rate after I transferred my securities to IB. I declined and continued with the transfer, but I must say I didn’t realize margin was negotiable.

Only for very high $$$ margin amounts. Its higher for lower amounts:

Yes Schwab margin has always been negotiable.
