rant on 2u inc (twou)

I have a friend who works for this company, so I have had the pleasure of watching the share price increase from $14 to $92 dollars....can anyone explain to me how a 5 billion market cap is justified?  They have yet to produce an actual profit -- yet the officers are cashing in on their fat options while they pitch their glorious future.  I think Elon Musk/Tesla should issue shares to buy them and they can create the University of Mars and start intergalactic education.
