Wondering if any of you can point towards for a free/paid resources to put together a sales proposal for a proprietary software.

What are you trying to do? Sell software or purchase software? Are you asking to write an rFP or respond to one?

We are not purchasing any software nor responding to a RFP. Bunch of my friends built a proprietary software and did a per-sales demo to a potential client and they liked this tool and asked us to come up with a sales proposal.  now we are looking for resources to put together a proposal that looks professional..
