WAAAY off topic -- Nanny recommendations in Brooklyn

You seem like a good bunch! My wife and I just had a baby. We live Brooklyn Heights and we're looking for a nanny starting in the middle of October. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats!! We found ours by networking among friends...one had used one temporarily while theirs was out sick for a week...we liked her, hired her and then the friends' quit and they wanted the one we had...she stayed with us :)
