Guest kawikaho
I'm not sure, but I believe CompuCredit was at one time a Pabrai holding. I forget. But it's one of the largest holdings for Klarman's fund. Anyone else looking at it? They just posted a big loss from a deteriorating commercial loan portfolio (no big surprise there), but they've also substantially reduced oncoming debt maturities. I dunno. It looks interesting, since the price of the equity keeps coming down. That makes me even more happy. I was wondering if anyone else had an opinion on it. benhacker
Do you mean CompuCredit (CCRT) or Capital Source (CSE)?
CONeal
I have a small position in CSE. Here is a good link that describes the company and some estimates on value. There are 4 parts to the article. http://seekingalpha.com/article/128633-analysis-of-capitalsource-part-i
