Buffett quote

I'm trying to track down a Buffett quote where he remarks about how many / most of his peers at Columbia Business School in the 50s went off to work for US Steel. I think I saw it on twitter the other day but now for the life of me I can't find it. Can anyone point me in the direction of the actual quote?

"They were a remarkably homogenous group of men, mostly headed to General Motors, IBM or U.S. Steel after they got their degrees. U.S. Steel was a good business… it was a big business, but they weren’t thinking about what kind of train they were getting on."
