CVS, ENB, KW

Viking,

Any thoughts on how and to what extent the virus will impact KW's business?  More multi-family in their portfolio than anything, but still have commercial and retail exposure.  Multi-family should be less impacted, but some changes from people shifting where they live.

Possibly some opportunities as well.

DMRC. IMO, still cheap even after today's 20% move. Current market cap equivalent to legacy central banks business. Platform optionality starting to come together - of which plastics/recycling is just one of many markets. Baillie Gifford (longterm TSLA investors) owns 6%.

JWS - Barry Sternlicht's SPAC

Has Barry discussed the industry he might use the funds?

"Jaws Acquisition Corp., led by Chairman Barry S. Sternlicht and Chief Executive Officer Joseph L. Dowling, will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region in its identification and acquisition of a target company, except that it does not intend to pursue real estate, lodging or energy infrastructure assets."

What is attractive about Grayscale Bitcoin Trust?  Why wouldn't you just buy bitcoin directly instead?  A 12% premium to bitcoin NAV and a 2% annual expense ratio.  Is this just because you want to own bitcoin in an IRA?

This week.

Adds:  BTLCY, DVYE, TPL and WPM

New positions:  GMOYF (GMO Internet) and GBTC (Grayscale Bitcoin Trust)

Options:  wrote puts on MMP

Thanks

Lance

New positions in Smartsheet SMAR and Teladoc Health TDOC.

Smartsheet has preformed well in a crowded market and personally think it is a great product.

Teladoc is a company that has aggressively cornered their circle of competence... and I love it.
