Until this point, I had no idea that the government had so much power against corporate america. It always sounded too 'conspiracy theorist'. I always assumed the government was the bottom in the relationship. But I guess when push comes to shove, the government definitely has some muscle to flex...

LOL part of the reason I dont believe in Government ownership in business is because the government indirectly already controls businesses which operates in its country. I thought S&P would have hell to pay.....
