Your Comments CFTC delay on requirements for derivatives

I know this is kind of par for the course in this area but really smacks of entitlement for lack of better term.

 

I would like to hand this thread over to those more fluent in this subject than I.

Looking forward to reading the members thoughts on (as per inteview):

 

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has delayed for six months new requirements for derivatives originally scheduled to take effect July 16
