The perennial bear is now bullish due to "technical" fundamentals. Ppphhhtttt! Slowly all of the perma-bears are going to get sucked in. Human temperament never changes...if you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen. I think Rosenberg should go back to kitschy quotes on how bad things are, or in this case, how bad they are but no one really wants to believe him.
