Why would any one buy this the answer is very seldom are these things bought they are sold. thousands of retail brokers are working the phones selling financially engineered ïnvestments" to their clients to earn the fees and commissions. I stopped attending dog and pony shows years ago when I discovered the two most frequently asked questions were how much is the commission and will it hit this months production. Sometimes I wonder if it really is lucrative to get into sales. I've heard drug sales reps make a lot of money. This sounds like it could be pretty easy money. bookie71 Posted February 19, 2011 Share Posted February 19, 2011 I know of a couple. One has lost all of the money of several of his clients and he is such a good salesman they have given him more. A good salesman makes it whether it is refrigerators or stocks. I was in sales once (Fuller Brush in college) and have always admired a good salesman (person) if they were honest.
