The Securities and Exchange Commission is examining the situation involving insurer Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd., a person familiar with the inquiry said Friday. That's the same organization that issued a subpoena to FFH in like 2003 and still has not made any declaration of their guilt or innocence.... The SEC is an embarrassment.
