flesh
I'll be traveling for next 2.5 months. Will need many audio books. Any reco's on free audible books? Those that cost are welcome as well. Listening for free to "As a man thinketh" which is surprisingly wise. Found some Thomas Sowell books for free as well. Will Durants the lessons of history was free and awesome. Thanks. MattR
If you like history, the Hardcore History episodes are awesome. Wrath of Khans and the one about World War 1 are crazy good. Each episode is about 4h and one series is about 20.
flesh
Cool. Thanks broseph. Those are on audible or podcasts? Finished as a man thinketh, very good, 1903. People don't change.
valuehawk91
You could search youtube for the books you're interested. You might be able to find them there too (if it's not taken down). Edit: https://librivox.org/ hosts public domain books, and a lot of local libraries also have good audiobook collection that can be listened offline. rkbabang
Maybe 6 months ago a bunch of Thomas Sowell books were free on Audible. I don't know if that's still the case. I downloaded all of them and listened to a few so far. The free ones were all books I hadn't read yet so it worked out good. I can't tell if they are free or not right now they just say that they are in my Library.
