Foreign Tuffett Posted May 31, 2017 Share Posted May 31, 2017 Insofar as I can tell Lloyd Miller is a wealthy private investor who primarily takes sizable stakes in small/micro cap companies that have large cash balances relative to their enterprise values. I believe he engages with boards, but his activism tends to be very low key. I see his name pop up in value investor circles every so often, but besides his SEC filings I can't find any info on his investment philosophy. Does anyone know if he's done any interviews, etc?
