Corporate marxism

He is current minister of finance of Greece, and used to work at valve (the steam platform that is quite brilliant really). I think he presents some interesting idea's. Any thoughts on why this corporate marxism would fail miserably at different type of companies? And what its weaknesses are? The idea is surely interesting.
