A company valued at 700m$ with no assets, no revenue and no website lol.

Would also love to hear some the other way around :)

LOVE the business description: "The Company intends to develop a social network business."

I had a shitty day till I read this, thanks

Incredible...the cash flow statement makes no sense (some totals don't even foot), and is that really $39 in assets they have? Too bad it's probably impossible to take any position on something like this, other than slapping anyone who tells you they're long.

Up 12.5% as of 10:30, who's buying?  ;D

Fifty-two week range from 6c to $5.40. That's almost a 10000% return, it's money in the bank.

Google finance shows one rogue trade last July for 100 shares at $20.  Damn market orders.

couldn't it simply be insiders buying and selling to their friends to manipulate the price?

Regardless if it was a joke or not, I asked a question: is it likely that it is insiders that are on one side or the other of all these trades? I was looking for a Y/N answer.....

More laughs:

"Mr. Marlon L. Sanchez is President, CEO, CFO, Secretary, Treasurer & CAO at Cynk Technology Corp. and Partner at Sanchez Medical Services"

http://www.4-traders.com/business-leaders/Marlon-Sanchez-0D46SL-E/biography/

What do you say guys (and gals)? Seems like an honest Joe. I mean Facebook and LinkedIn are kind of getting boring, maybe he's got a good idea here? I mean he's like a CEO, CFO, and CAO looks like he knows his stuff.

So the single owner has 70% of the shares. Can he really unload all his shares just based on an excited, unknowing 30% before the whole thing collapses exponentially?

Reminds me of a section from reminiscences of a stock operator. Seems like there should be some offshoot of the SEC that protects traders from manipulation like this.
