Give it some time. They are probably not out of the woods. Every country in Latin America has it now. I was quite surprised when my relatives told me. Not only CV, but a massive Dengue fever outbreak as well. Unfortunately, they will probably get creamed. The Dengue outbreak is well into the millions - and my uncle just died from Dengue. The hospitals are overloaded in many countries. But as you know from Cwericb - I won't care - cause they are poor and all deserve it.
