The one who loudly praised the Chinese handling of the virus on Twitter in late January? Who ignored US Intelligence warnings about the virus? And now blames the WHO as part of a CYA compaign that includes blaming the governors for the US's stay-at-home response at a time when the Federal guidelines recommended stay-at-home? There is no reason to think the US would escalate anything with Taiwan. Taiwan wants freedom. China wants "One-China." I'm saying Chinese aggression against Taiwan would be met with US force, just as other allies in the area. All the allies have reason to fear China's expansion into the South China Sea.

China wants total control of the South China Sea - any action against Taiwan will be a problem for Korea, Japan, Philippines,etc. The US will have a real problem with any escalation against Taiwan.

The Chinese government then quarantined the city of Wuhan. Millions fled. But apparently, relatively few of them were allowed to travel to Beijing, the Chinese capital. Instead, they flew to cities around the world.

Don't be too hard on these guys - they were only off by millions. Kind of like Gavin Newsome - in another couple of weeks, 56% of Californians were supposed to be infected - around 24 million residents, but since there are no subways and crowded busses in CA, these guys made up all kinds of excuses why it didn't happen.
