No - the whole intent of the Bud Light marketing campaign was clearly laid out by the VP of Marketing. You must think the average person is an idiot. That interview is being blasted out 24 x 7 on network tv and social media. Gender Dysphoria is a REAL psychological disorder - and few people really have it. Many adolescents, especially young girls, believe they have it - and do incredible damage to themselves. Schools do nothing but indoctrinate kids that their gender is totally fluid and can be easily accommodated if they wish to do so. This is dangerous and it’s evil for the vast majority of adolescents.

The blowback against Bud Light is a sure sign that the public has had enough of this nonsense. The public is terrified of being cancelled and called bigots by the transgender activists. But it’s very easy to make your statement by boycotting the product. Then the companies VP of Marketing is exposed with her comments about the typical Bud drinker being frat boys, behind the times, not cool, etc, etc. nothing like pissing off your base customers with unwarranted insults and pushing more trans nonsense down their throat.

Truth is the suicide rate for transgenders is 40% AFTER surgery. For the first 12 months, all is fine, with the transition being assured. Past that first year, when they understand the irreversible nature and in fertility issues - the suicide probabilities skyrocket.

But forward thinking states that want to protect children are fast passing laws against the worst of this stuff being done totally behind parent’s backs. It’s around 15 states now. imagine living in California where your kid can be renamed by the guidance counselor and be prohibited from telling the parents. Or being allowed to change in a “trans closet” when you get to school in order to hide it from the parents. All sanctioned by the school. these trans activists are very dangerous people and are totally ruthless when it comes to parent’s rights.

Sorry Parsad - you got the facts wrong. There are now 15 states that have banned gender reassignment surgeries for MINORS. No one gives a shit what adults want to do with there bodies. these laws are all about protecting children.

All parents want to do is protect their children from puberty blockers, gender transitions and irreversible surgery that sterilizes them for life. Trans Activists are the most dangerous group against American children.

Conservatives don’t care if someone is transgender. What they care about is the transgender activists that are determined to drive a wedge between parents and their children. They have no business sexualizing young children. Traditional term for that is a pervert. You don’t talk to young children about sex behind the parent’s back - which is happening all over the country- in schools by teachers and guidance counselors and administrators. It’s despicable and wrong.

It's not that immigration is an issue - it's the rate of immigration and open borders that doesn't work. We are just dumping these masses of people into communities with no process of assimilation. You do want them to keep their culture, but before this, you made sure they respected your laws, culture, language and way of life. You try and teach them what it is to be American. It's good for everyone. Immigration has definitely built America - but it was controlled. This is totally out of control. I have a niece that is a doctor in Latin America - it takes her 18 months to get an immigration interview in order to come into this country to participate in a 6 week pharmacological program at Columbia. She might even like to practice here. Finally I told her - she ought to just walk to the Mexican border and walk across. Biden will give her a plane ticket to NYC. Those are the kind of people that will help advance this country.

@Castanza - makes an excellent point about immigration. You can only handle so much immigration reliably - or watch a breakdown in your country. You can't take in millions of unskilled, poor, uneducated to your country without destroying public education. Witness our leader, California, always on the forefront of social change. Schools canceling Advance Placement classes, lowering standards, failing people upwards through higher education. Academic standards are almost gone. The burden on the schools to handle different languages is crippling to these institutions. With California being our leading laboratory for social change and immigration nonsense - it's coming to a city or state near you. It's literally impossible to assimilate millions at this rate - without destroying what the citizens have worked for so hard - for their children. It almost doesn't make any sense to be a citizen anymore. The rich & elite, of course, advocate for this nonsense, but are totally exempt. Look no further than Martha's Vineyard.

Of course, a huge problem is the one no leader wants to talk about: at least in Chicago, it’s black on black crime. 95% of those murders are black on black - and include many, many children. It’s not a gun problem or a racist problem- it’s a family problem. Homes with no fathers. But if you talk about, you get branded a racist. Murder rates won’t go down until you attack that issue - and there is no political courage to do so in this country.

Correct, suicides are over 50% of gun deaths. But deaths from school shootings & mass shootings is pretty small.

Also , lost in a lot of the media attention: 3% of the murders are due to rifles/assault weapons, so that doesn’t buy you much. Most everything is handguns. And school shootings are way less than 100 deaths per year - of the 50,000 fatalities from guns.

^^^ great post. Chicago has the toughest gun ownership laws in the USA, yet it’s the shooting capital of America. I hate guns, don’t own one, but if I moved back to Chicago, I’d sure as shit buy one. The Chicago politicians scream for more restrictions, yet when they catch someone, they take the gun and let ‘em go, even if they’re a felon. So now they want to keep the law abiding from protecting themselves…

^^ Looking forward to reading it. If/when Ukraine frees the east - all of that will come back into play during the rebuilding phase. IF the West funds the rebuilding - corruption probably will be massive, just like in South Korea after the war. I think the estimates were 40% of the rebuilding aid in Korea was stolen. We're just getting started on $$, and the war is not even decided!

^^ Thanks for the suggestion. It's certainly a complicated history. Poles, Jews, Germans, Cossacks, Russians, Ukrainians, partisans, etc - all fighting one another and changing side to the lessor enemy..... It makes my head swim reading about it.

It was a great lesson on the difficulties of short selling. So frustrating at times. I learned the hard way that you can be right about everything in terms of valuation, but the stock stays up like an airball forever - or keeps going up. It's a great story.
